We specialize in small to mid-size associations with personalized administrative support, strategic guidance, event coordination, membership services, and financial oversight.

Brianna Burke
Brianna comes with firsthand experience in association leadership. She holds a deep understanding of governance, communication and member engagement. Her mission is to allow your organization to focus on leadership and vision while she handles the operational details that drive results.
Brianna brings more than a decade of relevant experience in client services and nonprofit operations – working closely with member-driven organizations, volunteer boards and mission-aligned initiatives.

We serve as the primary administrative hub, responding to general correspondence and inquiries, maintaining organizational records, policies, and archives, and managing the calendar of events and deadlines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Board & Governance Support
Ensure effective leadership and organizational oversight by coordinating Board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and reports, assisting with bylaws and policy reviews, and providing continuity and strategic guidance.
Financial Oversight
Provide comprehensive management of financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, budget tracking, monthly reporting, and coordination of tax filings with a third-party CPA.
Membership Services
Support a strong and engaged member base by maintaining the membership database, managing renewals and outreach, assisting with recruitment and retention strategies, and delivering member communications and statistics.
Conference & Event Planning
Deliver seamless event experiences by managing planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination, handling registration and communications, organizing speaker and sponsor logistics, and providing both onsite and virtual event support.
Communications & Marketing
Enhance visibility and engagement by creating and distributing announcements, maintaining website content, managing email and social media outreach, and designing marketing materials and promotions.
Committee Support
Facilitate effective collaboration by scheduling and supporting meetings, recording and distributing notes, and assisting with goal setting and follow-up tasks.
